Terms of service

Last updated 17 August 2026 · Privacy

Bakery Forecast is run by Adder Analytics Limited. By using it you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English, because that's how we'd want to read them.

Your account

Bakery Forecast is for businesses. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. One bakery can have several people using it; each person should have their own login.

Square and other connections

When you connect Square, you’re giving us read-only access to your sales so we can build your forecast. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, and we’ll revoke our access immediately. We aren’t Square and don’t control your Square account; Square’s own terms still apply to it. The same goes for any AI assistant you choose to connect.

Your data

Your data is yours. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to make forecasting better for everyone. You can take a copy of your data or delete your account whenever you like. Our privacy policy has the detail.

Forecasts are estimates

We tell you what we think you should bake tomorrow. You decide what you actually bake. Forecasts are our best estimate from your history and the weather, and they will sometimes be wrong. We aren’t liable for wasted stock, sold-out shelves, or any other loss that comes from following, or not following, a recommendation.

Fair use

Don’t try to break the service, get into someone else’s account, scrape it, or resell it. If you do, we can suspend or close your account.

Changes and availability

We’re a small team building this product, so it will change. We may add, alter, or retire features. If we make a change that matters to you, we’ll give reasonable notice. We aim to keep the service up, but we don’t promise it will always be available. If we ever shut it down, we’ll give you time to export your data first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 if you haven’t paid us anything. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Bakery Forecast and delete your account whenever you want. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Either way, your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts there have jurisdiction. Questions go to support@bakeryforecast.com. We’ll tell you in the app or by email if these terms change in a way that matters.
